Partner programme terms

Version 2026-09

1. Organiser

The Digitalko partner programme is organised by Digital Marketing j.d.o.o. ("Digitalko"). By taking part, the partner accepts these terms.

2. Who can be a partner

A partner may only be a legal entity or registered business with a valid tax number (OIB, VAT ID or the equivalent in its country). Private individuals cannot receive commissions. Applications are approved by Digitalko, which may reject them without giving a specific reason.

3. Client attribution

A client is attributed to a partner if they open a Digitalko account within 30 days of clicking the partner's link, in the same browser. If they clicked several partner links, the last one counts. A client is attributed once and permanently.

4. Commission

The partner receives a percentage of the net amount (excluding VAT) of every paid payment by an attributed client (subscriptions, extra credits and other services), for life, as long as the client is active and the partner is approved.

5. Tiers

The rate depends on the number of attributed clients who have made at least one payment: 1–5 clients 10%, 6–15 clients 15%, 16 or more clients 20%. The new rate applies to payments made after the tier is reached; commissions already calculated are not recalculated. A tier, once reached, does not drop.

6. Holding period

A commission becomes available for payout 20 days after the client's payment. If a payment is refunded, disputed or cancelled, the related commission is cancelled, and Digitalko may offset any amount already paid out against future commissions.

7. Prohibited practices

It is not allowed to: refer yourself or related companies, open fake accounts, send unsolicited messages (spam), bid on ads for keywords containing the name Digitalko, make misleading claims or present yourself on behalf of Digitalko. Breaching the terms leads to suspension and loss of unpaid commissions.

8. Payout

The minimum payout is €50. The partner submits a request in the portal, together with their company's invoice for the payout amount. The payout is made to the business IBAN from the application within 5 working days of the request, provided the invoice is correct. The commission amount is net; a VAT-registered partner adds VAT to the invoice in line with the regulations. The partner is solely responsible for their own tax obligations.

9. Data protection

The partner does not receive personal or business data about the clients they bring, only aggregate data (number of clicks, sign-ups, payments and commission amount). Digitalko processes the partner's data to run the programme and make payouts.

10. Changes and termination

Digitalko may change these terms by notifying the partner at least 30 days in advance. The partner may leave the programme at any time. On termination, earned commissions are paid out if they reach the minimum payout amount, except in the case of a breach of the terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court at the registered seat of Digital Marketing j.d.o.o.

In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Croatian version of these terms prevails.
